One of our portfolio companies—an AI-powered Customer Data Platform (CDP)—is transforming how enterprises unify, govern, and activate data securely and at scale. Their solution helps businesses build a single customer view, boost marketing performance, and stay ahead of evolving regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA. As they expand across North America, we’re looking for driven, curious, and ambitious sales professionals to join the team and fuel the next phase of growth.


Role Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from discovery through close—for a high-volume pipeline of qualified inbound leads. You’ll also be expected to prospect into strategic accounts, navigating complex data infrastructure conversations with stakeholders across IT, compliance, and marketing. This is a high-impact role where creativity, tenacity, and consultative selling come together to drive revenue and deliver customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Convert inbound interest and outbound opportunities into closed deals, primarily targeting mid-market and enterprise buyers across finance, healthcare, retail, and government.
     
  • Solution Selling: Understand customer data challenges, develop compelling value propositions, and guide prospects through discovery, demos, and proposals.
     
  • Relationship Building: Engage with technical and business stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CMO, VP Data/Compliance) to identify fit and build trust.
     
  • Sales Execution: Own the full sales process including prospecting, qualification, pricing, negotiation, and close.
     
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success to ensure seamless handoffs and customer satisfaction.
     
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain Salesforce hygiene, forecast accurately, and contribute to weekly sales reviews and forecast calls.
     
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on industry trends in data privacy, governance, and AI to become a trusted advisor.
     

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of Enterprise Software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing six-figure deals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and other modern sales tools
  • Self-starter mindset with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities
  • Background in enterprise data, security, or infrastructure software is a plus
