Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Drive Growth & Innovation
Our portfolio company is expanding, and we are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be at the forefront of our growth strategy. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value enterprise prospects, ensuring a strong sales pipeline for our Account Executives (AEs).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing data technology company backed by Bloom Equity Partners and play a key role in scaling revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target high-value enterprise prospects that align with our data platform solutions.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor landscapes.
Execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking) to generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead-generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Sales Process & Qualification
Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand pain points and qualify opportunities.
Effectively communicate our value proposition, positioning our platform as the premier master data solution.
Overcome objections with confidence, helping prospects see the impact of data-driven decision-making.
Maintain accurate sales activity tracking in the CRM to ensure transparency and pipeline visibility.
Revenue Impact & Goal Achievement
Drive $2+ million in new sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing high-quality opportunities.
Work closely with AEs to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads into the sales cycle.
Stay up to date with industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive insights to refine outreach strategies.

Background in technology, SaaS, data management, or business intelligence is a strong advantage.
A degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Location & Language
Located in Poland – Remote Company.
Fluent in English, French is a plus.
